Agreement

Based on our conversations, I will send you an Agreement tailored to your needs and requests. It will include the dates and description of the assignment, any special information you wish for me to know about your children and their care, and a payment schedule.

Payments

A deposit is required at the time of executing the agreement. It is important to note that your time is not confirmed nor will I travel until I have received the deposit and signed agreement. Receipt of both guarantees you that I have reserved the time you have requested for my services.

Rates

Every parent has their own individual needs and requirements for the care of their family. Rates are determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, daily hours, number of children, ages of the children, special needs, and additional responsibilities.

As a convenience to my clients, my rates include the client’s portion of dedicated taxes for my services. I pay the required tax and social security when I file my taxes.
